You would start to see the water rise somewhere around 6-7 hours depending on the % of flow. Funny thing is it sometimes takes longer than that for it to go back down to its fishable stage.

The best way to fish against the time limit of the generating schedule at Jones Bridge is to give it 5 hours and then start watching land marks for water levels to go up. If you are floating give it 5 hours and make sure you are close to your take out point. The current is not as strong as what it would be at the dam, but it can sweep you down river along ways before you are able to navigate to shore....then you face a long hike back to your original take out point.
